Preconception Genetic Testing & Counseling Package

Our signature package for hopeful parents is designed to help you skip the guesswork (and the years of waiting and wondering) and take clear, informed steps to grow your family.

Part 1: Carrier Screening & Karyotyping

Carrier screening and karyotyping are two essential first steps in your preconception journey. Working with our genetic counselors, you’ll gain access to:

Carrier Screening: Identifies whether you or your partner carry genetic conditions that could be passed on to your child.

Karyotyping: Evaluates parental chromosome structures to uncover potential risks for fertility challenges and genetic syndromes due to chromosomal imbalances.

We believe in proactive healthcare, which means completing these critical tests prior to pregnancy. These preconception tests help ensure your informed and proactive family planning. And insurance may cover some of these tests as part of your preconception healthcare.

Part 2: Integrative Genetic Testing

Our genetic counselors take on a whole-person approach to the second step of your preconception care. Using the nutrigenomics and lifestyle genomics, you’ll explore key areas of your genetics to uncover actionable insights for optimizing your health before conception:

Personalized Nutrition & Supplementation

Identifies genetic factors affecting nutrient absorption (e.g., choline, folate or vitamin D), essential for fertility and pregnancy outcomes.

Hormonal Balance

Reveals genetic predispositions that impact hormone metabolism, helping create optimal conditions for conception.

Detoxification, Inflammation Support

Examines genetic strengths or weaknesses in detox & inflammatory pathways to promote a healthy environment for conception and fetal development.

Inherited Risks

When combined with partner testing, helps identify potential disease risks, enabling proactive care and planning.
